The CDC APRHB of the National Center for Environmental Health leads the CDC’s fight against environmental-related respiratory illnesses – particularly asthma, carbon monoxide, and other air related pollutants – and conducts studies for indoor and outdoor air pollution. It is the mission of the APRHB to reduce the burden of non-infectious respiratory diseases related to such pollution by undertaking research and emergency response activities.   The National Asthma Control Program (NACP) of the APRHB is responsible for oversight, assistance and funding of national asthma surveillance and ensuring that scientific information is used to implement comprehensive programs targeted at diminishing the problem of asthma and related illnesses. APRHB partners and works closely with all levels of federal, state and local governments as well as a host of professional, academic and community organizations and institutions to set necessary scientific agendas that support its overall mission.   Infinite is responsible for providing on-site support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the APRHB. With its corporate office just miles away from the CDC, Infinite is positioned and prepared to provide quality service and supervision on this CDC effort.   Under this contract, Infinite will provide:

  1. Administrative Assistants that support travel preparations, timekeeping, meeting management, and fiscal, clerical and reporting support.
  2. Evaluators that will provide on-site technical support to APRHB state evaluation and epidemiology programs.
  3. Epidemiologists who will provide technological and methodological support and expertise on intervention activities that assist in the development of evaluation modules and program evaluation indicators for partnerships, surveillance, and interventions activities.
